Welcome to our consultation website.
Riverside and Mount Anvil have formed a joint venture partnership to bring forward a comprehensive redevelopment of the Tiller Road site.
The site is on the Isle of Dogs and is made up of 72 homes in three blocks Kedge House, Starboard Way and Winch House.
Following many years of extensive engagement with existing residents about options for their estate, a ballot of tenants and resident leaseholders was held across April and May 2021. There was a 94% turnout with 88% voting in favour of full redevelopment of the site.
The scheme will reprovide 400 homes for existing residents and deliver additional affordable and new market sale homes.

The scheme will reprovide around 400 homes for existing residents and deliver additional affordable and new market sale homes.
We are now in the process of developing a design proposal working with award winning architects PRP and in collaboration with local residents, who are directly influencing the design of their new homes and improvements to the wider estate.
