Our Proposals
We believe our proposals will deliver significant and enduring benefits for existing residents and the wider Isle of Dogs, including:
Right of return and like-for-like replacement housing for existing residents
Additional affordable and market homes for Tower Hamlets residents
Significant proportion of family homes, to alleviate overcrowding in Tower Hamlets and meet an identified local need
Sustainable, low-carbon homes
More and improved outdoor spaces and landscaping
New playground and children’s play space
Flexible community space, to be guided by consultation with the local community
New walking route connecting Tiller Road to the former Westferry Printworks site, which has recently received planning permission.
